Skydiving in memory of Dad raises £1,323

My amazing dad was diagnosed with MND 2 years ago and sadly past away Christmas 2018.

After zip wiring over the Tyne from the Baltic roof to raise money for MS, to raise the most money I possibly could for MND, I had to go one stage further. So I decided to face my fears and take part in a tandem parachute jump from 10,000 feet, which I did on the 14th September this year.

As the plane doors opened, Billy asked if I still wanted to jump, to which my reply was yes definitely, as this was in memory of my lovely dad and to raise money to help as many people as possible, suffering from the horrendous disease.

On landing I was so very proud of myself but also very emotional.

I have raised £1323 and accomplished this in just 10 minutes, after landing safely, hugging my instructor and blowing the biggest kiss to the sky for my dad, as I knew he would be smiling down on me : )
