Tuesday 24th November 8 – 9:30pm – Feeling Fatigued?

Caring for our Carers

‘This year, people across the country are continuing to face more challenges as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. Many people are taking on more caring responsibilities for their relatives and friends who are disabled, ill or older and who need support.

They need to be recognised for the difficulties they are experiencing, and respected for all they are doing, and provided with information, support and understanding.’  – (Carersweek.org)

Our pledge – the Cleveland, Hambleton & Richmondshire, Scarborough & Bridlington, York and Hull & Easy Yorkshire Groups invite you to join us for this month’s Zoom session focused around Fatigue with Dr Emma Phipps, Clinical Psychologist from Middlesbrough MND Care Centre.

This session is also open to carers and people affected by MND in the North East.

Emma will lead a presentation, strategies and discussion within a safe and supportive forum, with people in similar positions. We hope to see those who have joined us for our previous sessions, as well as warmly inviting those who have never joined us.

To attend, contact Colin Pearson – colin.pearson@mndassociation.org
